One is the assassin, the second is the counter-sniper. As to the third, dunno, could be a second assassin, could be a second counter-sniper. I'm willing to wait as more information slowly comes out. OTOH, if Lee Tardy Oswald gets killed in the police station parking garage while they're moving him, I'm ready to call this thing officially hinky.
